Identifying the scope of the project 

Selecting your style and colour preferences

Discussing your vision for your space

Walk-through of the space and taking photos

Rough measurements of the space may also be taken

Proposal will be given to outline project parameters, quotes and estimated budget sheet.

Scheduling trade day on site to quote and look at project requirements 

Approval and signing of contract 

Receipt of retainer to begin the project 

Up to three weeks after Step 3

Drawings, samples of materials, and design concept are presented 

Approval of selections is given and next step begins

Managing the trades to ensure the project moves along in a productive and high quality manner

Ordering of all the materials, finishes and decorative items

A walk-through of the space is completed to ensure that any deficiencies have been resolved 

Cleaners come in to complete a thorough clean-up of the space

Any decor or furniture purchase will be arranged accordingly 

Photos of each completed space will be taken 

A walk-through with the client to view their newly designed space!
